Rates shown are in Canadian dollars. There is a $200 cleaning fee, a one-time reservation fee of $35 and 8% provincial transient accommodation tax.

We rent the units by the day from May 1 to the third Saturday of June each year.

From the third Saturday of June to the last Saturday of August, we rent the C101 by the week, Saturday to Saturday. We do not rent the TH5 unit during this time.

We rent both units by the month September 1 to April 30 each year.

Reserved boat slip in the marina available for an additional charge. Boat slip rental would match the number of days the guest rents the unit. See rates. Guest renting unit has first right of refusal. If a boat slip is not rented by the guest when reserving a unit, it will be offered to others on a stand-alone basis.

Reservation Policy

  • A non-refundable deposit of 10% is required within 14 days of confirmation to secure your reservation.Reservation will be cancelled if deposit not received within 14 days of booking;
  • Balance is due in full 60 days prior to arrival;
  • Check out cleaning included;
  • Minimum 7 night stay in peak season;
  • All rates and taxes are subject to change;
  • Rates are per condominium, not per person;
  • We only accept cash,cheque or bank draft - no credit cards;
  • Check in time is 4:00 p.m. Check out time is 10:00 a.m.

Cancellation Policy

  • All deposits are non refundable and forfeited upon cancellation;
  • Reservations are cancelled and deposits forfeited where payment in full is not received 60 days prior to arrival;
  • For cancellations received within 60 days of arrival or after arrival date, payments will be retained. If the space can be re-rented, a pro-rata refund will be issued, less a 25% fee.

General Policy

  • No smoking or pets in the unit at any time;
  • All tenants must abide by the rules of the complex. See Rules
  • No parking for boat trailers on the property
